Dathanar
The Dathar is the ultimate leader of the House of the New Dawn, his or her word is the
law. Dathanars are supposed to be elected by the Dorini council but the possibility of coups can also
be the way new Dathanars emerge.
Dorini
The council members are considered second only to the Dathanar and by those that belong
to their clan they are viewed as the true master. In fact many would have difficulty
in chosing sides if there would be a dispute between their Dorini and the Dathanar.
Danano
Bodyguards of the Dathanar these are the handpicked of the handpicked, selected from the
ranks of the Balah there is no higher honour possible to attain as a member of the
New Dawn than to be given the title Danano.
Balah
The most elite of the Shanre are handpicked by their Dorini, they command a squad
of Shanre assigned to them, usually five in total. Only those of Balah rank and above
are allowed to have mounts.
Shanre
They are the backbone of the House of the New Dawn, without these footsoldiers
it would not exist. The Shanre have learned the ways of the House and are expected
to follow its laws unconditionally.
Theroshan
New members are assigned to a Dorini, or a Balah in the case that the Daimyo
already has too many people to instruct. Theroshans are expected to learn the
ways of the House that they may one day become Shanre and true members of the
New Dawn. However they are still responsible for their actions and disgracing
themselves also disgraces their instructor.
Banthalos
Those who are still seeking membership in the House of the New Dawn go under
the title Banthalos. They have no rights neither responbilities in the House.
Sharifal
The disgraced ones, most Sharifal chose to flee rather than redeem themselves as
the punishement for breaking the laws of the New Dawn are never mercyful.
The Sharifal have no rights and disobedience from them shall immediatly be punished
by death if they have even been given the grace of life.
