Kathia is the New Dawns player made city. As it does not make sense for a city with big walls and complex buildings to be constructed in the matter of weeks we've decided that construction of the city began twenty years before the release of Age of Conan, this also supplies an oppertunity for members of our guild to play characters that were born in Kathia and raised in it's culture.

The Temple of the Siblings
A large temple which towers up above the streets of Kathia, a place to prayer to the gods Dyma or Damak, also the home of the weekly prayer, performed by Dorini Kahlid or another high ranking member of Dyma. It is divided up in three parts, the central entrance which leads to it's two wings. The entrance itself is supposed to represent the balance while the left wing is the place of worship for Dyma and the right for Damak. Each has a pillar which is a physical representation of the gods and it is common to fasten notes with prayers upon them. Opposite the entrance stands a pillar also, the pillar of balance. It requires silence for it is a place for meditiation and self-evaluation. Above it all is a circular cieling window which represents the world created together by Damak and Dyma and is held up by the balance.
