My objectives were clear: to scout our neighbours, to assess their numbers and the state of their city.
I shall start with the city opposite to Kathia, which is located west of the Lacheish Plains. The city has prospered to a degree it is equipped to wage war upon us. First of all, the constructions consist of a barracks, a weaponsmith workshop, an armoursmith workshop, a tradepost, an alchemist workshop, a thieves guild, a library, a temple and a keep. It is to be noted that fortifications have started around their keep, starting on the south western edge. As for the local personnel only three individuals have been sighted the last week but there is a high probability at least a dozen are active in the city.
The second city, located to the north west of us, or north of the opposing city, has advanced to a much lesser degree. It consists of only a tradepost, a temple, a library and a keep. No fortifications or warfare constructions have been made yet. As for the occupants, unfortunately none have been sighted for the past week. It is probable that the same population is a peaceful community and pose no threat in the near future.
As personal note I have only one thing to say: we must hasten to build ourselves!

As it was time to re-assess what are our neighbours had and their developments, I have come to the following informations.
Our westernmost neighbour, the Black Hand, has immensely advanced in terms of construction. They have completed every building inside the city. Also, the fortifications behind their keep is completed. The inner wall ring has all towers complete, aswell as the gate. Only the walls are missing. The outer ring, and main line of defence has every tower and gate complete. Today they have started building a section of the walls north of the gate, and completed it.
Our other neighbours to the northwest, Requiem, has not stirred in terms of construction, it seems to be called at a halt.
There is one good thing to know though. The keep of the Black Hand required a wall BEHIND it due to geographical complications. In our case, the mountains serve as walls so we do not require to build any. This has bought us a little time, may we use it wisely to continue the build of our outer ring.
As personal note I would like to suggest we build the towers adjacent to our former towers, then fill in the gaps with walls, then we move to the other section for a steady and clean construction.
